The Coffee Room: Where Delicious Sandwiches Meet Great Coffee

I came to the Landmark Building for testing, and after I was finished, I headed downstairs and was immediately drawn in by the most amazing aroma. I followed my nose into a cozy spot and decided to try the tuna sandwich. Let me just say this was hands-down the best tuna sandwich I’ve ever had. You could taste the love and care in every bite. It wasn’t just food, it was comfort, warmth, and quality all wrapped up in one.What made the experience even more special was the owner. She has such a beautiful spirit, and I’m truly grateful I had the chance to meet her. Her passion for what she does shines through, both in the food and in her welcoming presence.I hope I get to visit again soon this place is a true gem.

I love this place so much! I came in and vibes were magical. I was greeted by a man and woman telling me to try their peach mango smoothie. I finally did and wow I had a party in my tummy. It was so delicious that I tried to drink slowly so I wouldn’t finish. The shop is so cute and there’s a variety of things to purchase. If you’re in the area and need a little snack or meal come down to coffee room. You won’t regret it :)

I was getting routine lab work in Alexandria and feeling peckish. I was looking forward to eating after fasting! I noted the Coffee Room on my way in. Thought I’d check it out on my way out but no pastries for me. It’s gotta be protein. Do not hesitate to grab a meal (I heard on the street, the chicken sandwich will have you crowing with delight all day) or some incredible Turkish coffee!! WOW! The presentation was so worth it!! The lentils in the sambusas were so incredibly flavorful! The proprietor accommodated my bread less egg sandwich with REAL EGGS! But the TURKISH COFFEE! In a busy cosmopolitan area to have an unexpected, unique world experience on the ground floor of yet another nondescript office building without getting on a plane? My friends. This is priceless.

Since I came the first time in May 2025 the Coffee Room had the best coffee that I ever had in my life and that is a lot to say since I am an avid coffee drinker. This place was always immaculate and everything they have is fresh. I just returned in January 2026 and I have to say that this coffee place hasn’t changed. Always clean and the coffee quality has improved. I strongly recommend going there every morning there for coffee!!!!!!! I wish that this place was actually located near my house in Orlando, FL. I wouldn’t have to brew my own coffee if it was there. Also I would like to mention that this is the only place that I have been that they press the espresso properly giving it the best flavor. Would give the Coffee Room 10 stars if I could.

This is the tiny little nook you are looking for. Go in, speak with the absolutely wonderful lady who owns the place and have a nice little treat. If you're particularly lucky, get some of the curry. Chicken sandwich, and thank me later. You will not regret your choice.

Such a cute little cafe. The couple running it made everything fresh with deliberation and care. Their food and coffees were delicious. I especially recommend the lentil sambusa !

A hidden gem always greeted with a smile. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and both the Pistachio Frappe and Ice Latte really yummy. Others reviews got me here, definitely a must-try out!

I stumbled upon this coffee shop near me and was pleasantly surprised by its great food and snacks. The friendly staff greeted me warmly, making my experience even more enjoyable. I must say, I had one of the best Dubai chocolate desserts I’ve ever had here!
